| Jet Mill MFG: | The MFG is a fluidised bed opposed jet mill for very high finenesses down to 99% smaller 2µ and even finer. It is equipped with PowerJet-nozzles (Patent is pending) which allows energy savings at many applications in the range from 50-150% in comparison to conventional jet mills. 7 mill sizes are available. |
| Classifier Mill MS: | approved technology for the fine grinding of all dry materials with a hardness up to 3 Mohs. Precise top size control through the integrated high efficiency air classifier. 7 machine sizes available from 5- 150 kW. |
| Lab Plant MFG 100/HTS 63: | our high tech laboratory plant. It combines in 1 unit jet mill MFG 100 and air classifier HTS 63 and can be extended furthermore with diversion kits as classifier mill MST 100 and whirl mill UTM 100. The ideal equipment for R&D and for small scale production. |
| Whirlmill UTM: | Our innovative concept for fine grinding. High finenesses even with difficult products as rubber and spices are possible. The UTM is available in 7 machine sizes, also cryogenic grinding plants are available. |
| Tooth disc mill MPL: | The system for fine grinding of plastics. For high fineness demands also as cryogenic system available. 4 sizes with disc diameters from 300 to 1000 mm are available. |
| Spiral jet mill M: | For micronisation of pharmaceutical products. Also available for sterile operation. The M mill is produced in 7 machine sizes. Also a lab version for operation in glove box is available. |
| Rotary shear shredder K: | For shredding of nearly all kinds of waste. 6 sizes available with drive powers from 3 to 400 kW. |
| Turbo Classifier HTS: | High efficiency air classifier for finesses down to 99% smaller 3 µ and even finer. Wear protected ceramic version for abrasive products is available. 7 machine sizes can be delivered. |
| TVibration Sieve RV: | Proven standard technology for many sieving applications. 6 Machine sizes from diameter 400-1800 mm are available. |
| Tumbling screen RTM: | For fine sieving in combination with high throughputs. Available in 4 diameters from 1200 to 2600 mm |
| Whirl Screen TC: | For protection screening down to 80 µ. The standard equipment in powder coating production plants for protection screening of the final product, coming from the cyclone. |
| Analysing Screen 200 AF: | The standard equipment for particle size analysing down to 32 µ, with micro screening device down to 15 µ. Screen diameter 200 mm, so standard sieve inserts can be used. |
| MegaDym Magnet: | High efficiency magnet separator, for separating of ferrous contaminations from liquids. Especially developed for installation in the washing water circuit of washing machines in coating plants. |
| Conical Mixer MC: | approved technology for dry mixtures. The very soft and gentle mixing assures that the MC mixer is ideally suited for spices, food and other sensitive products. 9 machine sizes from 600 – 6000 litres available. |
| Plough Share Mixer WB: | The high speed mixer for highest demands concerning mixing intensity and short blending times. Available as batch mixer and as continuous mixer. 14 machine size from 78 liters to 12.000 liters are available. Stainless steel design is standard. |
| Container Mixer MRS: | Flexible container mixing system for all applications where product and/or colour is changed very often. Available in container sizes from 50 litres to 2000 litres. Also lab mixers from 3-12 litres are available. |
| Extruder EBVP: | Twin screw extruder for powder coatings. Split barrel design for easy cleaning. Various screw configurations are available. High speed extruder especially developed for production of powder coatings. Speeds up to 1200 rpm are possible. L/D up to 1/48. Machines for capacities from 5 kg/h up to 4000 kg/h |
| Extruder EBV-NGR: | Twin screw extruder for compounds and masterbatch. Various screw configurations are available. High speed extruder, speeds up to 1200 rpm are possible. L/D up to 1/48. For highest dispersion demands also available with Trilobe-screws. |
| Cooling Belt RNA: | Watercooled cooling belt for powder coatings. Equipped with SANDVIK stainless steel belt and integrated chip crusher. Modular design, belts for capacities from 100- 4000 kg/h are available. |
| Compact Cooler RNF: | Compact chill roll cooler specially developed for powder coatings. The perfect compact and flexible cooling device for capacities to 250 kg/h. |
| Grafi-Dos System: | Gravimetric high precision dosing system for injection of liquid or fusible additives (waxes for example) directly into the plastic extruder. Due to the high performance weighing technology even lowest concentrations of 500 gr/h can be dosed accurately. |
| Double Flap Valve: | The perfect discharge device for the material outlet of cyclones and filters of grinding plants. Also for upgrading and modernisation of existing grinding plants. P.S.R. 11 bar version and ATEX-version also available. |
| Rotary Valves: | Approved technology on reasonable prices. |
| Jet Filter PK: | High performance dedusting technology on economical prices. Top-removal design as well as side removal design is available, also food quality or pressure shock proof design. Filtering surfaces from 3m2 up to 600 m2 are available. |
| High Efficiency Cyclone P: | We supply cyclones suitable for air rates from 100 m3/h up to 100.000 m3/h. Several designs and versions are available, commencing from simple standard cyclones for recycling applications up to high efficiency cyclones for finest powders and separation degrees of 99% and even higher. Also double cyclones are produced by us. |
